Our process for exterior painting includes:
- Exterior pressure washing.
- Sealing all cracks around window and door trim.
- Prepping, covering and protecting any areas vulnerable to over spray.
- Fill all stucco stress cracks using an elastomeric patching compound.
- Applying sealer as needed.
- Applying 2 coats thickness of finish paint.
Our process for interior painting includes:
- Tape/prep and cover all exposed surfaces that are vulnerable to splatter overspray
- Seal any cracks in between the wall and trim moldings
- Fill any holes on walls prior to paint (additional charge may apply)
- Ensure our paint lines are sharp and straight
- Roll two coats thickness of finish paint to avoid paint flashing
